This is a superb 18th Century little clock.
It is in the shape of a miniature furniture.
The mecanism is signed DU SOMMERARD in ROUEN (Normandy, France).
It is in good working order, but as always it would be better to clean the mecanism.
There is a secret drawer probably for gold coins and another one at the back for the key.
There is also a red glass bowl, certainly a ring stand. you can take it off to empty the furniture.
Dimensions: 12 x 7,5 cm Height: 19 cm.
Period: 1760 - 1790
This is a superb little antique clock !
Only tiny missings around the red glass inside.
