Shipping costs

The shipping costs appear after you choose the haulier.
Some ways of shipping can’t apply to Corsica, islands (including French overseas territories), high mountain areas and some foreign countries.
If no haulier is compatible with your shipping address you can
contact us regarding the shipping costs.
 

Expedition deadlines

Your delivery will be sent before the deadline indicated in the description of the ordered products. If you have ordered several goods with different expedition deadlines, please refer to the longest one.
 

Payment

In order to make your purchases easier we offer you the following ways of payment :

Payment by credit card
For payments by credit card, the “Paybox” company grants us secured transactions on our website.

Payment by Paypal
You can safely pay by PayPal (or by credit card without creating a Paypal account).

Payment by cheque

Payment by cheque is possible only for cheques in euros issued by a bank domiciled in France or Monaco. If you pay by cheque, it is cashed upon reception.

The cheque must be issued to CASADO SARL, and sent to the following address :

Bank transaction
If you choose the bank transaction, it must be made to : CASADO SAS

If we don’t get the payment 15 days after the order, your order is cancelled.
 

Shipping and delivery

When you receive the merchandise, if it’s damaged or incomplete, think of making a contingency claim before signing the delivery note : check the delivery order brought by the haulier and count your packages if you have ordered several ones. If some packages are missing or if you notice any damage on their content, make a detailed contingency claim on the delivery note (for example “two packages missing” “crushed tubes” “torn tarpaulin”...)
No replacement or refund will be possible if the goods have been damaged by the haulier and you didn’t make a contingency claim !
If you choose the signature-free delivery mode (
Colissimo), no claim will be possible if the goods get lost except if Post office is responsible.
 

Conditions of return and right of withdrawal

The merchandise must be sent back in the 14 days following the reception.
Warning:​ ​We don’t take back or refund the goods sized on demand (films, tarpaulins, nets, cut tubes...) or specially manufactured (hemmed tarpaulins), alone or included in tunnels and greenhouses. However, if you have decided to cancel your order before we have started making your product, we will issue a refund.
