Emulsifier Oil/Water Cetearyl alcohol / Ceteareth-12.  Stable at Low pH,  added at 3% to 7% by weight in part 1 and part 2 of the emulsion. Part 1 and part 2 must be heated to at least 70°C. After adding part 1 to part 2 continue stir and homogenize the emulsion until it has cooled down to 35°C
