WORKBENCH QUADRA BASIC FOR STREET FOOD TRIKE DIY

ALLUMINIUM Workbench QUADRA as Base Component for to assemble "Do It Yourself "a Street Food Truck on Bike or Tricycle. For Model NORDIK HD or ATTILA HD.  It is made of 2mm thick aluminum sheet, and in the basic version it is powder coated in WHITE color. You can choose also  other colors, but painting will cost an extra.  In the picture below, to give you an idea of the final result, we show you a complete  QUADRA Workbench, ready to go,  painted in Yellow and set up with Fryer and Fridge, all mounted on an  ATTILA HD XL Tricycle, which is the Largest Tricycle Robust from our range .

The  QUADRA Workbench, in the Basic version (Photo below),  is supplied without Tricycle, the Freezer and the machines, which you have to add for customize it according to your needs. Below you can see the list of components included in the price, and the prices of OPTIONAL accessories that you can add.

This Street Food QUADRA Bench can be combined with the Tricycle Model NORDIK HD   (if the set up and the machinery are light) or the ATTILA HD model (if the set up and the machinery are heavy).

It is also possible set up it as a push cart, without combining it with a tricycle, but placing it on a push frame with pivoting wheels, which we can supply.

• An itinerant Fryer Shop, inserting a single or double fryer, or electric (if you have a 220v outlet) or LPG gas in the space provided, if you want to be autonomous

The Workbench complies with the regulations of the Local Health Authority (ASL) . It's a perfect solution for those who want to save on investment, and prepare DIY a small Street Food Truck on a 3-wheel bicycle.

With this solution you can have a base already partially prepared, which can be fixed on a Tricycle (You can choose the model ATTILA HEAVY DUTY or the smaller one NORDIK HEAVY DUTY), on which you can install yourself the machines for cooking on the Workbench.

 The upper workplan and the lowered worktop on the operator side, are covered in stainless steel foil, suitable for food use and easily washable in compliance with the Hygienic Food Regulations.   

In the side, there is a lowered part of Workplane, ( on the operator side) , in which  you can insert various machines, such as Manual Machine for Granite, Citrus Juicer or a Grill or Crepes Plate or a Fornetto with Stove, or other machinery (which are always OPTIONAL or that you can buy anywhere).

The space in which to insert the machinery is large (67 cm wide and 60 cm deep) and is located about 80 cm from the ground to maintain the top of a machine (fryer or plates) at a height of 100 cm from the ground, as required by the ASL.

If you want to have the worktop to 100 cm from the ground, there is a rise, always covered in stainless steel that raises the work surface of about 20 cm

The sink is made of stainless steel with a tap that works with battery-powered electric pump and with 2 tanks of 10 liters (1 for clean water and 1 to recover the dirty water)

It is equipped with a Plexiglass Showcase i on the Customer side, to comply with the hygiene standards

The Bench has 2 side doors to access an internal technical compartment where you can install Batteries with Inverter (Optional) and on the customer side has a door that accesses a compartment where you can install a 5 kg LPG gas cylinder

The stainless steel worktop already has a square top opening, (closed by a removable stainless steel lid) in which you can insert a 40lt Freezer / Fridge WAECO (which is Optional)  and a space in the technical compartment to insert a batteries needed to power the Freezer for about 8/10 hours

It has a reclining front shelf / table that extends the Space on which customers can rest.

• Bench in aluminum sheet already assembled and Powder coated in White color, with the operator side lowered to insert the machines (the machines are OPTIONAL)
• Covering in stainless steel sheet on the whole upper part and on the lowered part, where to insert the machinery

• Compartment that can be transformed as an Object holder or as a Porta Bombola, with ventilation grids, in which you can place a 5Kg gas bottle, which if connected to only one machine, does not require certification, but only a certified pipe and not expired. For more than one appliance connected to the same cylinder, we need a certified gas system, which we can supply as OPTIONAL.

•     The upper surface covered in stainless steel, is already prepared to insert from above and embed a 40 litre WAECO CFX40 Refrigerator / Freezer, which can act as a Freezer or Fridge, with controlled temperature from -20 ° C to + 10 ° C. Just unscrew a cover that covers the top opening. Inside the bench a support plane is already ready to support the Freezer base and keep it at the right height with the upper door at the height of the worktop

• Table / Shelf Front, reclining with compass supports, to lengthen the bench about 30cm and give support to customers
• Battery system 12V-220V  for Various power + Charger / Inverter 220V   to power the Freezer for Long Autonomy and to have a current of 220V for any electrical accessories, with a maximum consumption within 1 Kw) ( eg Blenders or others). The battery charger is designed to be connected to a solar panel only with a plug. • Trivalent Dometic Refrigerator that can work both at 220V and at 12V as well as LPG GAS with an internal cartridge, easily removable, which guarantees operation for about 4-5 hours. The Frigor has no controlled temperature with thermostat, but manually adjustable. It can reach -20 ° compared to the ambient temperature. • Stainless steel chaffing dish with 2 alchool gel stoves that can contain and mantain hot various gastronorm tanks, with different sizes: GN 1/1; 2 GN ½ or 4 GN 1/4 . The Chaffing Dish is embedded  into the Workbench. The price of the Chaffing Dish is  € 150 + VAT  including the work of inserting it into the Workplan (cutting and internal protections in stainless steel sheet with rock wool insulation for safety.)

• Stainless steel chaffing dish with 2 alchool gel stoves that can contain various gastronorm tanks of different sizes: GN 1/1; 2 GN ½ or 4 GN 1/4 to be recessed into the bench. The price of the Chaffing Dish is € 150 + VAT per person including the work of recessing on the bench (cutting and internal protections in stainless steel sheet with rock wool for safety.)
• LPG GAS system with DECLARATION of CONFORMITY with 2 or more taps that can use a 10 l lpg bottle. It is necessary if you want to use more than one LPG gas appliance. For 1 single appliance connected directly to the cylinder, it is not necessary. Certification is required when connecting multiple gas appliances. (330 € + iva)

• GRILL  Coal Barbecue  without Smoking LOTUS Grill XL.  It's a really brilliant Grill. It works with Coal, which is inserted into an inner container and allows to grill the barbecue without smoking. Internally the BBQ there is a fan working with battery  that spreads the heat evenly. Additionally, you can add a Cover  for more uniform cooking. It is a high-quality German manufacturing product. • Side Extensions of the Awning Canopy, in order to protect from the sun or rain the operator while working and the customer on the opposite side. These side extensions are foldable or removable when not needed  ( 150 € + iva for each side extension )

For Transport and Shipping, we provide to separate the  front bench by bike and the components are placed on a pallet of 150 cm x 150 cm. x 180 Cm Height Then everything is packed and protected.
