HOT DOG WAGON BIKE Work Bicycles Long Cargo Bike

The HOT DOG WAGON BIKE is a 2 Wheels Long  CARGO BIKE a little less long than 3 meters, and on the front loading surface it has a (Removable) Work Bench equipped in a very simple way for the sale of Hot Dogs. By delivering the Hot Dog to the customer you are doing a "Take Away Sale". It is more manageable and faster than a tricycle and can also be equipped with Electric Pedal Assist (it is Optional and has an Extra Price of € 1,100 + VAT).

It is the simplest and cheapest solution to be able to make itinerant sales, with the minimum investment. Compared to a hot dog cart it allows you to make very fast movements, without effort. Among other things, it is easily transportable on a van to go to the operational area.

The Work Bench can be removed in a few minutes from the Load Base of the Bicycle, and can be replaced with other Benches or Boxes, to be able to make different sales, such as Granite, Juices, Packaged Sandwiches or many other Ideas that only your imagination can suggest.

However, the Work Bench is very simple and very light and is built in pre-painted aluminum. It has a side door in which you can insert Isothermal Boxes for storing food or ice. It is equipped with a small hand wash sink with a tank for clean water and one for the recovery of dirty water.The Pump is Rechargeble Battery Working.  It has a small umbrella to cover the work surface which is washable, as required by the Sanitary regulations. On the worktop You can put a camping stove that works with Gas Cartridges (therefore it does not require Gas systems with Certification) on which a plate for grilling the Wurstel is positioned. It is also possible to add a Chaffing Dish to a Bain Marie that always works with a camping stove or with Alcoholic Gel Cartridges, such as those used in Catering.

You can replace the Hot Dog Grilling Pan with another Pan for cooking Crepes and convert your offer according to the situation.

So in summary, the Hot Dog Wagon Bike includes in the price:

•     The Long Wagon Bike (longer model L80 or shorter model L60) with muscle pedaling without electric kit, with 7-speed Shimano gearbox and Front Disc Brakes
•     The Front Workbench in Aluminum with side door and upper worktop in Washable pre-painted Aluminum
•     Hand wash sink applied on one side of the bench with tap and electric pump, with 2 tanks 1 for clean water and 1 for dirty recovery water. A small electrical system with rechargeable battery is included for pump operation. (The hand wash is mandatory because required by the ASL)
•     1 Umbrella to cover the work surface (Required by the ASL)

As an Optional (to be calculated separately), lateral folding shelves can be provided, in order to widen the work surface during stops and have a lot of space available.

Any cooking machinery is the responsibility of the customer, but we can arrange for their assembly on the counter

PRESENTATION OF THE WAGON BIKE MECHANICAL BASE (L80 or L60)

The Mechanical Base on which the Workbench / Box is mounted is the Wagon Bike L80 (base of the loading surface of 80 cm) or L60 (slightly shorter than 20 cm). You can choose between the 2 models that have the same price

It is more maneuverable and fast than a tricycle. The Handlebar controls the front wheel for steering through two bars

We have 2 Versions of Wagon Bike, one with a front Platform longer than the other.

This version ( the L80) , a little longer than the L60, has the front  loader Platform  80 x 54 and can carry weights up to 80 Kg on the Front Platform. It has a 7 Speed gear and it is easy to ride, also at Full Load. Despite its length, it is easy to handle and it is sufficient to use it for a few minutes to become familiar with its driving style.

On the front Platform it is possible to put a Wooden Box or other Container, also insulated, for carry Hot Foods or Iced Foods. It's ideal for Home delivery of Pizzas or Supermarket Shopping.

As Optional it can be equipped with  Electric Kit for pedal assistance and with a Personalized  Big Front Box.
 

It  is a Work  Bicycle  useful  to carry bulky parcels.

The Wagon Bike is also available in Version Electric Pedal assisted Kit (OPTIONAL)

• We can apply an electric 250W ( OPTIONAL) . With this  Kit It can travel at 25 km / h and can very well replace a Scooter.
• Its load capacity, if equipped with a Cassone, is even higher than that of a scooter.
• The Wagon Bike assisted pedal (Optional) is the ideal solution to move fast in the city centers, without having to ask permission and without paying stamp and insurance.
• Besides being a means that very curious, can be a great advertising tool.

We Ship This Bike Partially Dismantled divided into 3 parts and contained in a carton box. The Assembly takes about 2/3 hours.
