and compact paste, ideal for spaghetti with cheese and pepper.
Minimum seasoning: 12 months.
Ingredients: whole sheep's milk, lamb rennet, native natural lactic ferments, salt,
black peppercorns.
Sizes: vacuum-packed, portioned or whole-wheeled, ranging from 15 to 20 kg.
