A little treat is this extra prickly pear jam, which is born in our laboratory, a few meters from the plants that grow freely in our fields. An intense taste, refreshed by the mint and amalgamated by the apple.

We suggest to enjoy it with seasoned and very fresh cheeses (such as ricotta)... or in classic breakfast on buttered slices.
