The right of withdrawal may be exercised by the customer-consumer, the natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity.

To exercise this right, the customer must send Dreamlab International S.r.l. a notice within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the goods.

PLEASE NOTE: the right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt is allowed for standard resalable goods, while for custom goods, tailored or assembled at the request of the customer (such as sticker kits, prepared/customized engines, motorbikes assembled to individual specifications and customizations, etc.), the right of withdrawal of 14 days is not allowed, instead a right of withdrawal of 24 hours after the order is granted.
After the 24 hours following the order, Dreamlab will start to build/prepare the requested goods and subsequently ship them to the customer according to the production and delivery schedule. It is reiterated that in the case of customised goods, only warranty or non-conforming preparation rights may be asserted.

Customers purchasing with a VAT number cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.

In order for the return to be accepted, it is necessary to make a prior request by email to sales@dreambikes.it.

Shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions:

1. The purchased goods must be clean, intact and returned in their original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment, manuals and receipt);

2. The packaging must be adequate. To limit damage to the original packaging we recommend, when possible, to put it in a second box (it is forbidden to apply labels or adhesive tape on the original product packaging);

3. Shipment, until arrival at our warehouse, is the full responsibility of the customer;

4. Transport costs for the return of the goods shall be borne by the customer;

Dreamlab International S.r.l. shall not be liable in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments. Under no circumstances will cash on delivery or carriage forward parcels be collected.

REFUND TO THE CUSTOMER

Without prejudice to any repair costs for damage to the original packaging, Dreamlab International S.r.l. will refund the customer the amount already paid for the product, excluding shipping costs, by transferring the amount charged to the Credit Card or by Bank Transfer. In the latter case, it will be the customer's responsibility to promptly provide his bank details (IBAN Code).
 

REFUNDS TO CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE EU

The cost of shipping for the return of the purchased product is borne by the customer and for countries outside the EU the final refund will be deducted in addition to the transport costs also the customs fees if applied.

LIMITATIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal is limited in cases where Dreamlab International S.r.l. ascertains:

1. Wear and tear from the use of the good that results in a need to restore and / or repair the good before you can put it on sale;

2. The lack of the original outer packaging and/or inner packaging;

3. The absence of integral elements of the product that make it impossible to put it up for sale;

4. Damage to the product for causes other than its transport.

5. Transport damage if the product is not insured.

In the cases mentioned above, Dreamlab International S.r.l. may decide for a partial refund, deducting, for example, the cost of repairing the damage or missing parts, any devaluation of the good or the cost of a new original packaging.

 COMMUNICATIONS AND COMPLAINTS

All communications or complaints from the Customer to Dreamlab International S.r.l. in relation to the Purchase Contracts should be addressed to Customer Service by writing to sales@dreambikes.it.

 JURISDICTION

The Purchase Agreement between the Customer and Dreamlab International S.r.l. is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall be referred to the judicial authorities of the Court of Belluno.
