ALCOHOL GRADATION: 12% vol.
RECOMMENDED TEMPERATURE: 16° – 18°C.

Aglaè Blanc De Blancs

VISUAL: straw yellow color.
OLFACTORY: aromatic, fruity and floral scent.
TASTE: fresh, intense, savory and pleasant taste.

Buttafuoco

VISUAL: intense ruby red color.
OLFACTORY: penetrating perfume, of good intensity, with a slight note of licorice and currant jam with spicy nuances.
TASTE: flavor is full-bodied, clean, round and robust.

Aglaè Blanc De Blancs

It goes well with appetizers, fish dishes and white meats.
RECOMMENDED GLASS: use a Renano type goblet with a pronounced body and a wide and straight mouthpiece to better appreciate the aromas and roundness.

Buttafuoco

It goes well with second courses based on meat and game. Excellent combination with fat or aged cheeses.
RECOMMENDED GLASS: use a medium-large glass with wide light to allow the diffusion of perfumes.
