RETURN / REFUND:

Not completely satisfied with your order? No problem!
Rush Drift Trike LDA always have a solution!

We have a few options at their disposal for the return of products.

You can make your return following these procedures:

1. Preparation of my packaging
- I make sure that each product is new (with no signs of use), complete and in its original packaging;
- I note that the packaging and filling perfectly protect the products that arrive in good condition;
- Print the invoice of the order (available on order delivery envelope) and place it on the package.

2. Send my return
- Sending my package to the following address: Avenida Soares Moura # 70 4560-493 Penafiel

The RUSH advises: Keep an order submission of proof and no follow-up.

3. RUSH comes to your return
We received your package, and we will inform you of the processing of your application.
If your return is valid, we will proceed to replace it,
If not we will contact you as soon as possible

NOTICE:
- It has 8 days from the date of receipt, to effect the return of the product (s) (s)
- In both cases, the return charges are customer costs
- The customer is responsible for packaging and delivery of the return order
- The returned products that do not meet the criteria presented here will be automatically returned to the client

ERROR IN YOUR ORDER or POOR CONDITION:

Send to the following address rushstorept@gmail.com the photos of the product concerned putting in evidence the problem identified, and packaging where received. Tell us the status of this package: it was damaged, opened or closed with the tape adhesive of the carrier?
Send us also all reference (bar code, supplier number) that is found on the product or packaging.

Caution, this step will only be valid if it complies with the following term:

Before signing the delivery receipt of the carrier, make sure the packaging is in perfect condition and has not suffered any blow or break, but after signing the delivery receipt, this to confirm with the carrier that the package arrived in perfect condition, we suggest that any damage that is visible in order to be described by the same on the receipt, and then proceed after the complaint to the carrier.


WARRANTY :

1-Time Guarantee: All products have a minimum warranty of 1 year, except:
-The Replacement of edible wear parts: pads, brake pads, bearings, cables, queers, plates, chains, cassettes, ....
-The Abnormal use and not as product:
     : Tires: pressure, assembly, inadequate conditions, ...
     -Suspensões: Pressure maintenance, high pressure cleaner, mud accumulation, dust, various debris, ...
     -boards: Improper use, high pressure cleaners, maintenance of bearings and joints, ...
     -Wheels: Improper use, high pressure cleaner, freewheel body maintenance, bearings, ...
     -Components: respect the tightening torque, ...
     -Bidirectional Transmission: maintenance, lubrication, cleaning, ...
     -Travões: Purgation, contamination of the pads, discs, high pressure cleaners, ...
     -Têxteis: Failure to comply with washing instructions, ...
     -The Damage that are mentioned in the fact sheets of the products.
     -The Defects and consequences due to the intervention of the purchaser or a repairman: intervention on a suspension, damper (-assembling), hydraulic brakes (disassembly, purgation), wheels (voltage, disassembly cubes).
     -The Consequences related to an improper use for which the product is intended (professional use, collective, ...).
 
2-Application for warranty:

ATTENTION:


The provision of an incorrect or incomplete delivery address can give the order to return Rush Drift Trike LDA, resulting in additional costs to the customer. For this reason, we recommend that you always make sure that the delivery address indicated when the order of registration is actually correct and complete. A correct and complete address must include elements such as the type of road (street, square, avenue, building, district, square, etc.) and their name, port number or lot and the floor (if applicable).
