DRINK BIKE VINTAGE, is a Tricycle set up for vending of Beverage, Drinks, Cans or Granitas. Is a Very symple preparation.

The front WorkBench is made on a Stainless Steel Frame covered with Vintage panels  ( Antique Wood Style ). The Work top Working Plane is covered in Stainless Steel. Inside the Work Bench  is housed a Big Insulated Box with Top Opening for loading foods. This Box can mantain many hours Food Frozen or Fresh, such as drinks,cans,  ice, fruit or Packed Ice Cream. Before going to the place where you work, you can fill it  with cold drinks and thanks to Frozen plates, it will keep the contents in cold temperature for many hours.

You can also sell packaged ice cream or ice palettes, but you must enter inside plates or bags of frozen Eutectic Gel frozen before at -20° / -25 °.
For mantain Packed Ice Cream you can also put inside a portion of Dry Ice ( at -75°C)
In this way you will have an autonomy of several hours depending on the outside temperature and the number of openings.

PUSH, STREET FOOD PUSHING CART on Wheels. This push cart with wheels is already set up as a sturdy base on which to insert machinery or equipment for cooking Street Food and Prepare STREET FOOD, but it is also suitable as a bar workbench for any other use for food preparation or drinks or aperitifs and spritzers. .

It is ready for use and includes all the equipment required by the Sanitary Authority

In the Basic version, the Worktop coated in Stainless Steel is Flat (without lowering to encase the Machinery), but you can have the version with the operator side lowered to insert Plates, Fryers or any other machinery (as seen in the Photo below). The lowered Work plan operator side (more or less Long) to insert Machinery  is Optional and has an extra price of   350 € + VAT

The bodywork of the Cart is made in ALUMINUM  with stainless steel worktop, the roof that covers the Workbench is telescopic with upper Canopy in washable and certified flame retardant PVC.

The hand-washing sink works with a battery-operated electric pump, the LED lights (always battery-powered) under the roof illuminate the bench for working in the evening, and a 16Ah Certified Electrical Panel with circuit breaker and a separate compartment in  the Workbench  to insert a possible LPG gas cylinder.

The ITALY 9 Flowers ICE CREAM BIKE  CART has the Mechanical Base of the Italy HEAVY DUTY Pedal-Assisted Tricycle, (designed to carry up to 260 Kg of load), while the Rear Ice Cream Workbench in Fiberglass is light but very sturdy and with Big Storage.

The Ice Cream Freezer allows you to store 9  ice cream Flavors in 7.5 Ltr Carapine (5 Kg of Gelato each) for a total of 45 Kg of Artisan ice cream (the compartment is ventilated), and has a refrigerated ( at positive temperature) compartment to contain drinks and cans of approx. 60 Ltr.

On the Workbench  there is a practical sink, as required by the HACCP standards, which is powered by an electric pump and which provides for the discharge of water into a gray water tank. The loading and unloading of water is simple, just open a door of a technical compartment, in which there are the 2 tanks and remove them.

The Freezer works with 2 American Danfoss compressors (distributed all over the world) which operate both on Battery and Solar Panels, and by connecting to the 220V Plug

While the ice cream cart is connected to the 220V plug, a battery charger will operate to fully recharge the powerful batteries.

The electrical part and the batteries are in a separate technical compartment easily accessible through a door. The compartment of the compressors is also easily accessible for maintenance.

The Workbench is in fact equipped with various  access to the technical part. In one of these compartments you can see the 2 independent digital thermostats for a perfect and very precise temperature regulation

The Heavy Duty Tricycle (which acts as a mechanical base) is sturdy, manageable and easy to drive. The differential makes it stable in cornering and the 3 Hydraulic Motorcycle Disc Brakes are powerful.

The tricycle is equipped with a powerful electric pedal assisted kit that allows you to pedal effortlessly, with an autonomy of about 20-25 km depending on the slopes and driving style.

The Mechanical Base is the ITALY HD HEAVY DUTY Tricycle, with Differential, 3 Motorcycle Hydraulic Disc Brakes. It is equipped with a 7-speed Shimano gearbox, reinforced wheels, and electric pedal assist kit.

The fact of having a Rear Differential allows you to start even in 90 ° steering. This feature therefore allows the tricycle to be able to turn in a circle. This is a huge advantage when maneuvering in very confined spaces

This CART Tricycle with aluminum made Front Work Bench with Work plane coated  in stainless steel, equipped with a Big Burner, working with LPG Gas, which can be converted from FRYER 25 liters to  CHESTNUTS ROASTING.

So, with the same Tricycle, you can Fry (with a thermostat fitted pot) or, changing the type of pot, you can boil other king of food or Roasting chestnuts on the pot with holes.

This solution allows you to have a tricycle with convertible bench, usable all the year , with the advantage of not depending on the seasonality of chestnuts.
